Our Mallee honey is sourced from western New South Wales. The Mallee tree or shrub comes from the eucalyptus family of flora which grows in a dry, desert-like environment which creates a unique thickness and intensity much like its tough environment. It is considered a favourite Australian bush honeys due to its robust flavour.
Flavour and texture:
Our Mallee honey has a dense sticky texture with tasting notes of mild eucalyptus and butterscotch.
