Our Story

At Wisdom Choice, we are passionate about our honey and excited to bring you delicious, 100% pure Australian honey, branded and prepared by Honey Paradise Australia Pty Ltd.

We have over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing, producing and exporting honey to our happy customers and homes around the world. We specialise in producing and selling active Australian honeys which have certified antibacterial properties and health benefits.

Wisdom Choice is an Australian owned and family run business located in Melbourne, Victoria.

All the honey produced by us is through the cold extraction method. We only heat our honey minimally, aiming to keep the temperature at the level found within beehives. Although, this method makes the extraction and pouring a bit slower, it preserves the distinctive flavours, vitamins, nutrients and bioactivity of the honey - just as nature intended.
