Wisdom Choice’s leatherwood honey is truly special, produced only in the forrest’s of Tasmania, which is a small island 240 kilometres south of the Australian mainland. The honey is produced by the flowers from the Leatherwood tree (Eucryphia Lucidia Eucalyptus) which is found on the west coast of Tasmania.

Flavour and texture: 

Wisdom Choice’s Leatherwood honey has a creamy and smooth texture. It has a distinctively full bodied flavour and is musky and spicy while not being too sweet or acidic. It just melts in your mouth and leaves a lingering aftertaste.
